The principal purpose of this particular shampoo is to fortify and promote growth hair, especially if your hair is brittle and dry.

The powerful ingredients included in this shampoo make a great formula if you are losing hair. Let´s talk a little bit about the ingredients.

The cinnamon improves blood circulation and stimulates hair growth. In my home country is use to avoid the hair loss, sometimes people prepare infusion or they just mix the cinnamon with some oil, for example olive oil.

Ginger

The ginger contains a lot of vitamins, which will help you to restore your hair and is a natural antiseptic if you have dandruff problems.  Like cinnamon improve the hair blood circulation and stimulates hair roots.

It helps to grow your hair and to avoid hair loss; nowadays we have a lot of products in the market, which contains caffeine to combat baldness. The biggest beauty industries like Schwarzkopf, have been including in their products caffeine, because stimulate hair growth, restore the hair and it helps to prevent early or abnormal hair loss.

If you want to have a soft and moisture hair, or you feel your hair is dry, damaged or brittle, definitelly you need to include honey in your routine. Your hair would be so thankful!

Aloe vera

The gel of this plant moisturizes, repairs, restores, fortify the scalp, so many amazing benefits we can get from this plant.

Preparation

1-Choose the shampoo of your preference sulfate free or not, take a bottle or container and separate the half of it.

2- Add a cinnamon stem and a piece of crush ginger.

3- Half cup of strain and cold coffee and a tablespoon of honey.

4- Choose a long and fat leaf from the aloe vera plant, use spoon to scrape the gel from the leaf, please wash and remove yellowish liquid and add the gel to the shampoo.

In case, you cannot find the plant, you can buy organic aloe vera gel or aloe vera juice. I couldn´t find it here, so I replaced it with aloe vera juice and I got very good results.

This recipe does not need to be refrigerate; try to prepare a good amount enough for 3 or 4 weeks.

You can add 2 tablespoon of coconut oil or jojoba oil, to provide additional moisture to the hair.
